About

Since 2016, Tropical Southern BBQ has been on a flavorful journey, blending the rich traditions of Southern barbecue with the exotic tastes of the tropics. Our story began with a passion for smoked meats and a desire to infuse them with vibrant flavors of tropical fruits, spices, and sauces.

 

In the early days, we experimented tirelessly on our humble backyard smoker, perfecting our recipes and techniques. Word quickly spread about our unique take on barbecue, and soon we were catering events, festivals, and pop-up markets, sharing our culinary creations with eager food lovers throughout the South.

 

As our reputation grew, so did our ambition. In 2018 we took our barbecue on the road and traveled across the country allowing festival and event goers to immerse themselves in the sights, sounds, and smells of our tropical-inspired barbecue experience. From juicy pineapple glazed ribs to tangy infused pulled pork, every dish tells a story of tradition and innovation.

Over the years we have continued to expand and evolve opening a cloud kitchen in 2021 as well as a food trailer in 2022 attracting a loyal following of barbecue enthusiasts from near and far. Our commitment to quality, authenticity, and creativity remains unwavering, as we continue to push the boundaries of what Southern barbecue can be.

 

Today, Tropical Southern BBQ stands as a beacon of culinary excellence, a true testament of the power of passion, creativity, and a love for good food. As we look to the future, we are excited to continue sharing our story with the world, one delicious bite at a time.
