Since 2016, Tropical Southern BBQ has been on a flavorful journey—blending the rich traditions of Southern barbecue with the vibrant tastes of the tropics. What began as a passion for smoked meats and tropical flavors has grown into a story of resilience, faith, and second chances.
From a humble backyard smoker to catering events, festivals, and pop-ups across the country, we’ve shared our Southern-tropical fusion with food lovers nationwide. By 2022, we proudly launched our first food trailer—but in November 2024, tragedy struck when it was stolen.
Nearly a year later, we’re back with our Grand Reopening, stronger than ever and full of gratitude. Every plate we serve represents perseverance, faith, and thanks to the One up high for blessing us with a second chance to rebuild.
